Founded in 1995 by Mr Tan Kim Siong, Chairman of Fei Siong Group, the Group made its first foray into the F&B scene with its pioneer stall selling fishball noodles in a hawker centre outside the former National Library at Stamford Road. Today, Fei Siong Group has grown to become an established casual dining and quick service restaurant company with over 150 outlets across 19 brands in Singapore. As a constant forerunner in the ever-changing landscape of the food services industry, the Group is committed to delivering authentic and quality local dishes at affordable prices to our customers.

Our History

Innovating Since the Beginning

Mr Tan started from humble beginnings, selling fishball noodles at a rented hawker centre stall just outside the former National Library at Stamford Road.

EAT was a pioneer among F&B hawker brands, operating in retail malls as a standalone outlet.

Launched Malaysia Boleh! as a new business model – the self-operated food atrium, successfully positioning it as a thematic dining attraction offering an elevated food atrium dining experience.

Expanded our footprint in the F&B landscape with the launch of Nam Kee Pau, the famous steamed bun speciality from Johor Bahru.

Birth of the first Halal-certified mini food atrium concept. Encik Tan provides authentic Chinese hawker fare using Halal ingredients.

Showcased a new alternative management model for hawker centres through Fei Siong Social Enterprise’s “Entrepreneurship Programme” at Ci Yuan Hawker Centre.

Malaysia Boleh! is named Honorary Partner by Tourism Malaysia. Malaysia Boleh! is proud to be Tourism Malaysia's F&B partner, promoting Malaysia through its Malaysian hawker food and flavours.

Implemented the use of an Eco-Safe Digester at Ci Yuan Hawker Centre to convert food waste into non-potable water.

Awarded the SkillsFuture Employer Award as we embarked on the path of digital literacy

Fei Siong Group clinches 25th spot in 2020 Enterprise 50 Award.
