1995
Mr Tan started selling fish ball noodles at a rented hawker center stall just outside the former National Library at Stamford Road.

2006
EAT was a pioneer among F&B hawker brands, operating in retail malls as a standalone outlet and with the first outlet opened at Rail Mall along upper Bukit Timah.

2012
Launched Malaysia Boleh! as a new business model – the self- operated food atrium, successfully positioning it as a thematic dining attraction offering an elevated food atrium dining experience.

2014
Expanded our footprint in the F&B landscape with the launch of Nam Kee Pau, the famous steamed bun specialty from Johor Bahru, first opened in former Grandstand at Bukit Timah.

Birth of the first Halal-certified mini food atrium concept at Kallang Wave Mall. Encik Tan provides authentic Chinese hawker fare using Halal ingredients.

2015
Showcased a new alternative management model for hawker centers through Fei Siong Social Enterprise’s “Entrepreneurship Programme” at Ci Yuan’s Hawker Centre.

2017
Malaysia Boleh! is named Honorary Partner by Tourism Malaysia. Malaysia Boleh! is proud to be Tourism Malaysia’s F&B partner, promoting Malaysia through Malaysia hawker food and flavours.

2018
Implemented the use of an Eco-Safe Digester at Ci Yuan Hawker Center to convert food waste into non-potable water.

2020
Awarded the SkillsFuture Employer Award as we embarked on the path of digital literacy.
Fei Siong Group clinches 25th spot in 2020 Enterprise 50 Awards.

A celebration of hawker culture and Singapore’s multi cultural identity with 10,000 sg ft of local and regional hawker delights opened at Clementi Mall.

Fei Siong Group inks exclusive franchise deal with Popeyes in Singapore.

Fei Siong Group moved to new Headquarter Office with Centralized Kitchen at 11 Enterprise Road.
