Founded in 1995 by Mr Tan Kim Siong, Chairman of Fei Siong Group, the Group made its first foray into the F&B scene with its pioneer stall selling fishball noodles in a hawker centre outside the former National Library at Stamford Road. Today, Fei Siong Group is one of Singapore’s largest casual dining and quick service restaurant company with 15 brands and over 150 outlets. As a constant forerunner in the ever-changing landscape of the food services industry, the Group is committed to deliver authentic and quality local dishes at affordable prices to our customers.

Innovating Since the Beginning
Mr Tan started from humble beginnings, selling fishball noodles at a rented hawker centre stall just outside the former National Library at Stamford Road.
EAT was a pioneer among F&B hawker brands, operating in retail malls as a standalone outlet.
Launched Malaysia Boleh! as a new business model – the self-operated food atrium, successfully positioning it as a thematic dining attraction offering an elevated food atrium dining experience.
Expanded our footprint in the F&B landscape with the launch of Nam Kee Pau, the famous steamed bun speciality from Johor Bahru.
Birth of the first Halal-certified mini food atrium concept. Encik Tan provides authentic Chinese hawker fare using Halal ingredients.
Showcased a new alternative management model for hawker centres through Fei Siong Social Enterprise’s “Entrepreneurship Programme” at Ci Yuan Hawker Centre.
